A Central Coast native, Robin Wolf spent a decade in NYC before returning to SLO and the incredible life here. An award-winning mixologist and former sommelier, Robin now runs the cocktail program at The Hatch in Paso Robles, curates custom wine tours for Breakaway Tours and Events Planning, and is the owner/bitters master of SLO Bitter Co., producing craft cocktail bitters and cocktail consulting.
