Ingredients

  • 1 pound fingerling potatoes
  • 5–6 radishes
  • 2 tablespoons dill, chopped
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground pepper

Preparation

Wash potatoes well and slice into quarters. Steam for 10 minutes, or until tender. Remove from heat. Cut radishes in half or in thin slices, as you prefer.

Mix last 6 ingredients well and toss with radishes and warm potatoes.
