- ¾ cup fresh apple cider (See Canyon’s Gopher Glen used here.)
- ¼ cup bourbon
- 1½ cup ice cubes
- 1 teaspoon sugar or agave
- 2–4 drops bitters (such as Peychaud’s)
- Thinly sliced apple, rosemary sprigs and sugar, for garnish.
Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake well. Dampen glass rims and dip in sugar. Strain drink into glasses and garnish with apple and rosemary.
