- 1 finger lime
- 1¾ ounces Bixby Gin (available at Sandy’s Liquor in SLO, DePalo & Sons in Shell Beach and California Fresh Market in SLO and Pismo Beach)
- ½ ounce Cynar (herbal liqueur available at BevMo!)
- ½ ounce blood orange juice
- ¼ ounce lemon juice
- ¼ ounce simple syrup
- 1 slice blood orange
Cut the finger lime in half crosswise and muddle 1 half into a lowball glass. Combine all liquid ingredients in a shaker with ice, shake and strain into lowball glass. Garnish with a slice of blood orange and the remaining finger lime half—make sure you squeeze it so the pearls ooze out over the blood orange slice!
