After earning a degree in philosophy from Cal Poly, Betsi Clark traveled for a few years before bringing her experiences back to San Luis Obispo, where she now resides. She loves telling stories of local cultures and peoples. As the owner and maker of Grrrnola, she loves making food as much as she enjoys writing about it. Whether climbing rocks, paddling on the water, taking photos, traveling or laughing, Betsi soaks up life wherever she can.
